Best Spur ever
Took my mom to this fancy restaurant called spur🥰in jabulane credit has to be given to the team..Lethu our waiter(service expert) ensured that professionalism and regular checks are met, Thabang and Lerato came to ensure we are receiving the best experience and we sure did. Thank you jabulane team..and thank you Mpilo(manager) for the voucher ..my mom had a good time im pleased and would recommend people who have a taste in life to visit this plek 5 🌟

Assist Please
I really need assistance guys. My claims handler is Jody under Telkom insurance.. He quotes me for a y70 at R5500(1000 access) which the same phone retails at R5000 (R500) initial agreed amoutlnt I sent I'm avidence supporting this.. Asked to speak to a senior he refuses.. Please can someone help admin plus is literally letting me down.. I have never missed payment been with u guys for 5years now and seeing such is really disappointing.

Nonsense customer service
This has to be the worst insurance I've dealt with they pleased to take money but when u claim its the worst process ever. I sent my documents to you guys 2weeks back I had to call back in order to get assistance, later I need to send my stuff to ssscelluar which is another issue on claims.. I wouldn't recommend this insurer to no1. I'm cutting my supersonic fibre, doing number port. This company puts customers service last(spit on the floor) sies

Best insurer bona✊🏼I vote for you guys
I had an accident few weeks back which a taxi bumped my car eventually my car was written off had to say fairwell to my corsa gamma .. I was assited by tshegofatso skhukhune and my claim was sorted within a week that's faster than my Telkom cellphone insurance.. Thanks MI way I bought another car and I'm knocking the door once more insurance at its best 😊

Bad customer service 😡
Spoke to Tyres(Documents Dpt) and he was no help to me, took his own time responding my messages. Called Query dpt spoke to Victor he had to call and ask him to assist. I'm stil waiting😡. I love superbet As a Brand, but Ths guy will drag Your brand name to the mud. I'm extremely displeased with his service I won't Recommend Superbet to anyone Based on after service
