Can't even give them any starts, I'm so disappointed with fnb ***** call Centre, I call in today worry about why is someone taking money from my account, the person on the other line, Rhullani malake from fnb call center, did not even do his job right, Today I called in a ***** case not knowing how and what to do, a man by the name of Rhullani malake from fnb call center pick up the call, after me tell him what had happen, he did have much to say so I asked him how this works, cause he never explain to me, after asking him he said there will be an investigation and a case will be open be block my cards and account , I said OK not a problem, then after, at 3pm, I went to the bank the lady at Phoenix plaza asked me, if I had a case number or ref, I told her, I didn't know I had to have one, the man I called it in that what he said, he said it will be open. He also never advised me how this works , he never give me a ref or case number and in the morning I think I was on the call for 30 mins, now when I went into the bank they said I need to call and ask for the number I wait 1h for someone to pick up the call, a person answer the call took so long to explain , he said I can traf the call to him or new person cus ei was so upset they couldn't find that we reported the fauld he just blocked my account and cards then I was traf again , we got a person after so long he check the system and had no record of him making this into a case or not even a ref was given to me, after telling him everything, he then send my call to another person , I told him frist I don't wish to talk to him, cause he didn't do his Job well, now I had to be another 30 mins in the morning 2 hours at the bank and now to explain everything over and over again, calling fnb was very traumatizing to me and the ***** happened at 10:49, I called in at 11am they could have done something, or worked fast, in look for this people, if he logo a case number asap but he never we wasted my time and airtime, this is very disappointing for the call center
Telcom has so bad service On the 17th i went to telkom with my sister, we stood in the cue for more than an hour, when we got to the sales person, who adviced me on my issue, we had cause both me and my sister needed to be there, we explained to them, what we needed (new upgrade data ). I was then told, I would be contacted within the next day or 2 and no need to bring your sister in again but not to come on Monday cause he was off, I then waited and he never call, so I went back the following week to check but the sale man, told me (mo) that he is on leave, why he never do a hand over!!!! I said this is not right But he was on leave now at that moment, I told him, this is unfair and I'm rushing, so who c an help me, he asked me if I wanted to wait for him I said no like really, the other lady can I said , she asked me can u come back with your sister, I said OK then, I went to pick her up, when I came back, she was on lunch, I told them, I can't wait for her to come back from lunch, I have been her so many times!!!! about the same issues, why did he not do his job and give his manager the information to call me and tell me what is happening, I had to tell my story again and again!!! she told me, I had to bring my sister again like really so I just said OK I under standing I said , so I said OK, the same day, I went back at 12:45, MO never even call me back to tell me if I needed to bring her again, when I went back I spoke to another lady that was there said told need to wait to speak to Natasha she on lunch she with come back at 1 pm and it was 12 45, when Natasha came back she said she comjnf back at 1:30, she told a Co worker in front of me that she's on break and she can't cut her break short for me, n I must wait till she's done 1:30, I was so frustrated telling them I wouldn't move!!! another worker told her colleagues to call the security for me, I asked her why cause I was voicing my opinion on how stupid telkom staff can do there jobs, then everyone was quite and another lady with blond hair decided to help me and my sister, she attached my new Sim and told me she will give me a call to come fetch it within a day or so, I then proceeded to car, I got a phone call from telkom to tell me come back to the store but I was on my way out so he came to my car and told me that everything will be sorted and he will contact me. I went back today and asked if my card is ready to pick up cause they need to see if it working but the man that b alled me said I must go stand in the que again how frustrated is that how can Telcom staff be so stupid to keep on making a customer come back not only me old people that take taxi why cant they help one time and find out that the guy was on leave but he told me his only off on Mondays and I should come back, how can Telcom be so unprofessional, is it the staff that cant do there job for follow up or ball back or text simple things that you need to know and make people keep going back and back again, my gas is not free 6 times I must go there and is it Telcom have bad service or is it there staff that can't remember to get things down one time or are they under staff with no understanding how to work Telcom is full of **** and they make you so upset that I wish I never took a contact with them who Going to pay my Gas 0615436450
