Absolutely horrible, ********** services from undertrained staff. Because I worked from home I did an upgrade on the 18 august 2024 . didn't notice a difference.downgraded. I was promised I will be paying .reverting too my original package of 399 on the 1st of sep as I only had the new service 2 days .on the 1st September 799 goes of I reach out olebeng says it takes 14 days ntabeseng says 14 days Werner says 1 month Samkele says that my downgrade has been cancelled asked for a manager Kristen j says managers are refusing my request for a manager as my request is not valid 1 month later no one can tell me what my bill is
Omgosh this has been probably the most horrific experience ever It has been 2 months waiting for withdrawal.I call them every single day for an update.And every single advisor,gives a different story. I submitted my withdrawal documents on the 06/02/2024 they only submitted my tax reductive last week and now already waiting 2 months .I am told it takes 7-14 days for payout I have submitted a formal complaint and lemme tell you ,the feed back the assistance the company as a whole wht a **** storm.I am now promised that a payment has been loaded Nd by Monday the 8th I will receive proof of this.i hope and pray that this process is complete so that I can move on with my life .1 star is still to little . Just wow!!!! Whatever your situation do not do business with this company. Firstly staff is poorly trained had the disadvantage of having Ruth as a consultant no responses on request.. When you open a loan account you are basically forced to take legal cover or medical cover It's only later when u find out you cannot cancel your cover while you have an active loan So your loan needs to be settled befor you can cancel I've paid up my account and cancelled my legal cover. Continously trying to reach out to Ruth to ask why this legal cover is still sending me messages No response Msged their complaints dep stillll no response finally a week befor pay day Andrew replies and said too cancel my legal cover I need to give one month notice In my case even tho I cancelled 1 more payment will be deducted Lmao now imagine I checked my bank statement and get a surprise that there's money deducted for an account I cancelled and no one told me anything... This place Wil rob you blind if you are not consistent and stand your ground. I would like to complain to ombudsman or too ncr but I will defenitly not leave it like this
I took a tv almost 3 years back Last year when covid struck,i paid half installements, which was a problem too mr Amos who in my opinion is a very disrespectful man, many people in our area talks about him getting personal And disrespectful he also swore at me once Also I’ve recently gotten employed and trying too get on my feeet he no longer wants half installements and harassing me for full installements I have just this evening lodged a complaint with standard furniture and then will have too refer to ombudsman cos I have already to date paid 22000 on a 39 inch tv because when I pay half installements interest piles up Guys do not at any circumstances take anything from them lay/bye or buy cash But I will push thru and go to ombudsman with them
