I been defrauded by a cat tracking company and I'd like to express my disappointment. I been with this car track company for 3 years. Recently a sales consultant called me regarding renewal of my contract and I told him the employed fraudster consultant that I was not interested in whatever service he was offering because I can't afford to pay anything more than what I currently pay. He said "Don't worry Bro there is no extra cost you won't pay anything more" because of that I said OK let's proceed throughout the call he did not tell me about any form of costs. Come month end car track debits 600+ from my account without my permission when I usually pay around R260.so I reversed that money waiting for them to call. Ever since they been calling me asking me to pay that 600+. I am disappointed in this company which I never once claimed from I want my contract cancelled and I am moving to a different company since I can't trust these people. After all my car alarm has gone off numerous times without receiving a call from them.
The lady was clear to understand she went straight to the point and was able to pick up y concerns and addressed them accordingly
Please do not be attracted to the cheap rentals of these flats. The noise levels are uncontrollable. Security does not act. Every weekend and some week days music and noise levels go all the way till 5am.
Zalora is a terrible website that keep sending fishing emails to my inbox. They also do not like other websites give an option to unsubscribe from their emails. I receive emails everyday which I do not want. They provide an unsubscribe button but it only takes you to their website. No option to quit. I am really ****ed with ZALORA MALAYSIA
This must be the most frustrating experience in my life as a 30 year old professional. Absa consultant told me she is opening my profile then it was music for 15 minutes and then it just went quiet for the next . I kept asking whether she is there and no response. At this point I am 3 hours late for work. I honestly wouldn't recommend this Bank to anyone.
The Worst Pethetic Customer Service in the history of Customer Service. WhatsApp support on FICA is so bad they kept asking me for documents and the. Once I submit I must restart the process took days and so many phone calls till I decided to visit a branch. Useless I wouldn't recommend this for any one.
