Zalora payment gateway is a **** and will rob you of hundreds DONT BUY from them
Do not buy from these people their payment gateway is a ****. Zalora was advertising tectonic headphones for R190 so I tried purchasing them interning my bank details and made payment HOWEVER immediately after that two separate deductions went off my account - a R565.24 and R376.52. This is ***** and in I require my refund of all moneys immediately

Great Complaints Resolution by Stella Yip at Zalora Hong Kong
I had an issue where a seller on Zalora sold fake silver labelled as 999 silver and I was obviously upset. I attempted to make a return but was unable to as I have surpassed the 30-day limit. I contacted Zalora customer service and an amazing agent named Stella Yip listened to my angry complaint and went straight ahead to resolve my issue. I am now able to return the item for a full refund and I am very happy. Thank you, Stella and Zalora Hong Kong.

ZALORA ECOMMERCE FISHING EMAILS
Zalora is a terrible website that keep sending fishing emails to my inbox. They also do not like other websites give an option to unsubscribe from their emails. I receive emails everyday which I do not want. They provide an unsubscribe button but it only takes you to their website. No option to quit. I am really ****ed with ZALORA MALAYSIA
