I was absolutely amazed. From first contact to taking the car was 24 hours. Akshay is the man to contact he is wonderful.
My order #95171 arrived so quickly I was happily surprised. And to top that off the two fragrances were better than expected. The “Armani code” smell just like if not better than the original and the Tom Ford I’m wearing as we speak still smells wonderful after a few hours. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and refer you guys
Ordered two 2lt pepsi and was billed just to find out they weee sending me two 500ml Pepsi’s. I had to go through multiple pages on their app just to try cancel. When they finally cancelled the order I reorder again two 2LT normal Pepsi’s.firstly the driver stood still for almost 10minutes after collecting my order doing who knows what and when I finally got my order they had sent me one normal Pepsi and one zero sugar Pepsi again not what I ordered. I’ve been through the entire app and over eats conveniently does not have any area to report a wrong delivery. No accountability. Why should I have to pay for an item I never ordered? Stick with Mr delivery from now on. Pathetic

Zero communication or transparency. There tracking system makes no sense and speaking to a real person is more difficult that finding hidden gold. When you do talk to the lady she is obnoxious rude and unhelpful. All I want is my ETA but it seems no one knows.
Porting of my old number was cumbersome and took over an hour to sort out. The staff re**** on google to assist which dis not help. But eventually all seems to have worked out and the overall experience of melon in terms of signal, ease of use and value of the plan is fantastic and hard to beat
Do not buy from these people their payment gateway is a ****. Zalora was advertising tectonic headphones for R190 so I tried purchasing them interning my bank details and made payment HOWEVER immediately after that two separate deductions went off my account - a R565.24 and R376.52. This is ***** and in I require my refund of all moneys immediately
I ordered a R97 trip this morning for my son to get to school. The trip was approximately meant to be 18minutes. The driver for some unknown reason drove in the wrong direction / opposite direction causing the trip to take over 40 minutes making my son late for school and then Bolt have the Nerve to charge me R227 for the extra distance the driver incorrectly travelled. The support are unable or unwilling to assist. Beware of bolt the charge what the want and hardly reply when you contact support. I’m still waiting on my R130 reversal BOLT

Patricia meticulously lead me through the entire process from start to finish explaining all the advantages and offerings with precise knowledge. Patricia Erasmus showed the utmost professionalism at all time yet still coming across friendly , welcoming and sincere. This is such a rare occurrence and if for no other reason than this I would still have signed up. Patricia Erasmus also showed her immense knowledge when explaining the offerings in a relatable way remaining calm and invested even when I asked the same question multiple times. There was NEVER a sense of hesitation or agitation even though I can get carried away in conversation. All in all Patricia was beyond the scope of brilliant and I believe her to be a real asset to your company and I am sure could very easily train or teach others how to treat a customer the way she treated me.
