I am sorry, but they are not worth rating! Their support services are up to sh@#! The following is the popup message left by Rain on the "My Rain" site: "We want to make sure you’re getting the best signal from your 5G router. Tap the button below and we’ll give you a call to help you out. Then the options for "cancel sim" or "call me" appear. I left several "call me" messages on THEIR web site with NO REPLY AT ALL. To make this situation worse. My son-in-law wanted to get Rain (the advance payment was made), but due to THEIR courier refusing to accept a sworn declaration for proof of residence as well as a letter stating they are living with us together with a water and lights bill. So, Rain still owes my son-in-law R700 for the last three years. My daughter contacted Rain for refunding on several occasions and that was it. No communication further. THAT IS WHY RAIN IS NOT WORTH TO BE RATED AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!
You know, I've had enough of Caital Data's approach. They address you disrespectfully and very contemptuously, whether by text or by phone. They consider you inferior because they are debt collectors. They are too incompetent to contact you by email because they don't want you to have proof of the communication between yourself and them. Once again I have proven their incompetence to do their job properly and professionally. Some time ago I arranged with Capital Data for debit orders which are all to go through on a certain day of each month. It went well for, take note, ONE single month. After that, someone at Capital Data changed the dates of the debit orders again. It gives me a negative bank account every month which gives me a fine of R150 per debit order. This is money they will not reimburse me for. I really don't know if they are just plain stupid impudent, absolute stupid or not willful. But all I know is that they are totally unfit to be in those positions!
I really don't know what to do anymore. I dealt with a lady by name, Sibonelo Mogotsi, with fantatsic results everytime when she assist me. I made arrangements with her to put through my debit orders on the 26th of each month, which she did, I still receive sms's telling me to contact them. I have explained to them by emails that I am unable to call them as I am unemployed and cannot afford airtime and above that, do I have a hearing impairment and with all the noise of the call centre, cannot make out what the person on the phone is saying. That falls on deaf ears as they just ignore all email communications. Sibonelo went on maternety leave and believe you me, THERE IS NO-ONE, NONE, NOTHING AND NOBODY TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU! Even on the email addresses given on Sibonelo's auto reply while she is on leave to contact, there is just no reply. They just ignore you blatantly. It is almost as if the whole company come to a standstil if Sibonelo is not available. Keep up the good work Sibonelo and thank you for the professional assistance you have always given me.
MC Auto is definately the one supplier I will recommend to any one looking for motorbike spares and accessories. And I haven't even got a bike.
Good day. You know, this is very funny. Once you try to contact Capital Data by e-mail (Same e-mail previously communicated with)........guess what?.........NO REPLY. Every time you tried to contact them, they don't reply. Is there any-one that can explain this to me PLEASE?
Hi all! This is my second review of MBD (Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated)/Capital Data. After my first review, I was contacted and at first the lady were very helpful. I thought, wow...the review worked. But, I had a rude awakening. The lady replied to my emails about four times and guess what? She disappeared of the radar. I tried to make arrangements and that was it, no more replies and no more assistance. All I can say....TYPICAL! Unhelpful, incompetent and just plain, arrogantly ignorant. TOO MUCH OF AN EFFORT TO ASSIST TO THE END! I shouldn't have given them a rating of one star as they do not deserve that!
INCOMPETENT, ARROGANT, IGNORANT, INEXPERIENCED AND PLAIN .....! They send you an email but do not respond on your response. They change arrangements (as they wish) made by you telephonically and when you reprimand them about it, they will argue arrogantly or even constantly interupting you and refer to so called "recorded telephone conversations" saying "You did make the arrangements" (“recordings” which you will never get if requested so) Even if you don't have a working cell phone, they don't reply to any emails. They once told me they do not do arrangements via emails, but why the hell do they send you an email if they know they are going to ignore you? You try to contact them via email in order to make arrangements for payments but to no avail. I just can't figure out why a business like theirs has an email system with valid email addresses, but they "don't do arrangements via emails" Is that because they know they are too ......., too incompetent or just too ****** ignorant to do emails or is it because they know they might get reprimanded by whomever if they ignore or change arrangements as they wish. AND DON"T THINK FOR ONE MOMENT YOU CAN GET HOLD OF TOP MANAGEMENT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT! (You can fill in the dots)
