Amazing service. I was notified every step of the way and I got my car back sooner than expected. The work was top class. They really have there communication channels down to a very fine art. I was very impressed.
Hi, I had the most awful experience from a Lady Claudia trying to sell me and my Mom helpe247. The ongoing harassment is shameful. This morning when I explained to her that I was too busy and could not do it now, please call me tomorrow, she just bombarded me, 20 minutes later. I do not want to be part of such a company thank you. Listen to your clients.. barely a few hours with them I want to cancel everything, I cannot get hold of anyone, after giving me exactly 50 missed calls trying to sell me the product, now everyone vanishes. I want this cancelled with immediate effect please? This type of service is unacceptable in every regard.
I went into the Clicks store at Waterstone on Sunday, excited to buy some perfume, I approached the sales Lady at the Cosmetics counter and she very helpfully took me to the perfumes, asked me what smell I liked etc.... unknown to me she took me directly to a perfume that was actually an eau de toillette and not an eau de parfum. You cannot even make that become a perfume, it is just not strong enough, so after a few days of trying it, I realised that something is wrong and was then shown it was not actually a perfume per se.... She did not even know the difference and now it is my fault she claims I liked the smell., if she showed me what I asked for, I would not even bought it, now of course I have used it and no returns on that.... lesson learnt I will never step back into a clicks store ever again, if she at least acknowledged her mistake and not blame it not me and learn from it, so the next customer does not do the same thing, rather just blame the customer and not be honest. So very disappointing as I really enjoyed shopping at Clicks. I trusted the sales person with an expensive purchase like that, hoping to be given the right advise. I was not. Sadly disappointed.
