Worst experience ever!!! I hate every single one of them there! They are so *********** they don’t know how to do their job they take weeks to fix your car! I’m so disgusted by their service!
Hi, I’m absolutely disappointed in Booking.com I made a booking this week for a one night stay at Royal Hotel in Durban. They debited the booking fee which was R572 but they did not send the confirmation number and the pin to me. I then proceeded to call them they said I have to go on the app and send an email to state that I haven’t received the confirmation number and pin which I did that, till today I haven’t received feedback, I ended up booking somewhere else, I tried contacting them to request for a refund and they’re calls are no longer going through. Hello Peter please help me get my refund.
I’m absolutely disgusted and angry at this company, I subscribed for membership with them as I wanted to book a flight from Johannesburg to Durban once I was done booking, I cancelled the subscription cause I didn’t need it anymore, a month after subscribing they started debiting money from my account I called them and enquire about the issue they proceeded with refunding me, yesterday at 5pm they debited R1299 from my account and I need my money back please assist me with the resolving the issue cause this is *****ulent conduct.
Their service is soooo poor, I’m so disappointed and disgusted!!! I’m actually shocked because last year they did not give me this disgusting service!!! I went to the Durban Branch in Morning Side to go buy some hair, firstly the lady at the front desk had such an attitude she said to me that the hair that I want is an online promotion so I have to buy the hair online and send them the proof of payment on their WhatsApp business number, I did exactly that and they were taking long to respond to my text messages and their were online on WhatsApp, when they eventually did respond they said they will process my order when the payment is confirmed how because I made a cash deposit at the FNB ATM. I’ve been calling them and they keep saying I must be patient! HOW CAN I BE PATIENT WHEN I PAID SO MUCH MONEY!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I’ve been waiting for my “box” since last month and on Monday they debited R397 from my account even when the box hasn’t been delivered as yet I’m so irritated I want my money back!!!!
