I would like to state my dissatisfaction with Spa Utopia, I bought a 1 hour Massage Voucher on Hyperli for my wife Birthday for R500 In May, thinking this would be a seamless process this was not the case as every time we try and book via the whatsapp with the voucher the consultant on numerous occasions would just bluntly tell us for the past 8 weeks there are no slots available, when you ask when will be the next available slot they ignore me, all I want is my refund

I would like to express my disappointment and frustration with cellc, for over 10 years have I been a cellc customer currently still have an active contract for my wifes device, my disappointment started in early October cellc contacted me for an upgrade as they realised my contract was up they also offered me the option to use the data and minutes in the current simcard at the time without upgrading, I have then advised them that due to fincial difficulties I do not want to upgrade Nor keep the simcard and would like to cancel, the consultant at the time then advised the that the contract has been cancelled, at the end of October I realized that the debit order for a slightly higher amount was then still going off, then I called them again, they advised me that it will not go off in November and will be cancelled, however this was not the case, as the debit order continued to go off until January whereby I was very upset and irritated and decided to stop and reverse the debit order with my bank, it is now end of FEB and cellc decides to change the reference and debit a whole R648 from my account, after i have clearly stated many times i want to cancel the contract as my 24 months is complete, they refuse to cancel and continue to debit me which is against the LAW it is unauthorized as i cannot afford it
I FEEL LIKE CRYING BECAUSE OF THESE THIEVING CROOKS ONCE AGAIN IM ON THIS PLATFORM BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO GET ASSISTANCE FROM THESE CROOKS, I HAVE WASTED TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS USLESS INSTITUTION, MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE HERE DO NOT STUDY WITH MILPARK YOU WILL REGRET IT JUST LIKE I REGRET IT TODAY, I MEAN YOU ONE NEEDS TO BEG FOR ASSISTANCE AS IF YOU ARE STUDYNG FOR FREE
Once again shocking service from this pathetic institution, I need someone to contact me to assist with my credits as I would like change institutions, Milpark is thieving crooks that just want money all the time, now I am told I am not eligible to write a specific exam with no explanation no one to call or email to find out why, BS institution people need to stay away from this institution
Stay away from this thieving institution Guys, I repeat Stay Away, all they want is money, when they mess up all they want is Money, this is a BS institution, I will make sure they pay for this
I am shocked and disgusted by the Lack of service Milpark provides , after sending numerous emails requests and trying to call just to get a simple answer on how to proceed to write your exam if your ID is lost 2 weeks has gone no response, when u try to call you are routed to an automated voice log for hours, I'm sick and tired of this institution I would like to cancel my studies with Milpark , exam is approaching and I cannot even access my mock exams
