What an abolute ****. I ordered a cream on 22 November 2025 and I am still waiting for it. I received numerous emails about the delivery, apologies about the delay. But still no cream. A Sophie emailed me on Christmas Day, then on the 27th again, following up. Try to track the order - impossible. Stay away from this company.
New Vodacom Contract on 11 Aug 25, Openserve Fibre already installed. Phone Vodacom at least 7 times. On 26 Aug I finally receive a ticket number and the order is sent to Openserve. On 27 Aug Vodacom closes the ticket without my issue been addressed. Still no connectivity. Now on 1 Sep another ticket has been opened. Nearly 4 weeks without connectivity. Very disappointed in Vodacom and Openserve.

I am a host at AirBnb, I loaded my payment method just to be notified 10 days later that the payment method is invalid. I reloaded the payment method, received one payment on that payment method. Since then which was in March I have not received one payment. Contacting the Customer/Help Centre does not work, all they do is tell you to reload your payment method just to wait another 10 days to be notified that the payment method is invalid. I am at a lost on how to proceed, Airbnb now owes me over R30k. Booking.com and Lekkeslaap - no issues with payment. This is such an unpleasant and time wasting experience trying to deal with Airbnb. I will appreciate advise from other hosts that had the same experience.
