I have never been so frustrated , ordered clothes online , paid customs .Received message on 21st to say my parcel will be delivered ( i used my work address) and i got message at 17:02 to say the driver could not deliver as i was not there - its after hours and they can see its a work address.22 Nov i received message at 14:37 that my parcel has been delivered to a Patulo , i asked security personell and there is no one by that name .Have been calling Aramex since yesterday and being sent from pillar to post , stories always changing but the classic is that when i spoke to Robin she told me that my parcel was dropped off at Postnet Alberton and i ask why it was dropped off there and now im told to call tomorrow to speak to someone else .Whats sad is that no one wants to take accountability and in the meantime im left hanging.
My husband took me to this restaurant on my birthday back in 2018 , and wow that was such a great experience - the authentic greek cuisine , the atmosphere , beautiful music and the hosts were so attentive.Only critisism will be their location , we had an evening reservation and boy did we struggle to find this place , we had to call twice to get clear direction because the navigator just left us in the middle of nowhere but all in all it was a wonderful evening .
After booking into Hotel Sky Cape Town on 23rd and checking out on 24th April -reference 75178 and having had to pay the booking fee again because i was told the payment i made on 22nd was not yet reflecting. I paid and am yet to receive my refund, i e-mailed proof of payment on 11 May 2021 and when i followed up i was told i will be refunded on the next payment run - no exact date provided. Today i received an sms to check out online after i supposedly checked into the hotel on 20-05-2021, confirmation number :143682. I did not visit this hotel on 20-05-2021 nor do i have the desire to visit their hotel due to the terrible way they treat their customers. All i want is someone to pay my money back to me.
My husband and i checked into Hotel Sky Cape Town on 23rd April and checked out on 24th April 2021-booking reference 75178.I booked though booking.com and made a payment via my Capitec Acc, upon checkout the payment was still not reflecting so i made another payment with promise from the Reservations Manager that i will be credited. I sent an e-mail on 4th May, phoned on 9th May and sent whatsapp to the Reservations Manager on 9 and 10th May only for her to inform me that the front desk manager will call me and i am still waiting for the call. This is horrible service because in essence i paid double the amount for just 1 night stay and now i must beg to be refunded. My advice to people is rather pay directly at the hotel to avoid all this drama.
