What an absolute please to deal with a company that understands customer satisfaction. I had my aircon fixed (they replaced the compressor with a refurbished one) in December. Last week I had a problem with the aircon, so took the car back to Radiocraft. They sorted out my car under warrantee, without any issues. I will definitely be making use of them whenever I have a need for any services that they offer.
I have been struggling since the beginning of April to get a solar backup system installed by this company. 1st issue was when he tried to convince me that a 5KVA battery was a 10KVA battery, but I caught him out on that and he did then provide me with the 2 x 5KVA batteries I had paid for. Then, once I eventually got them to come and connect the system (after MANY missed appointments), the system was not connected properly, and the 7.36KW system that I paid for would not generate more than 2.5KW. He tied to convince me that the reason for this is that panels are only 20% effective. When I called him out on this (because the rating on panels is after the effectiveness has been taken into account) he told me that he did in fact put in smaller panels, but more than I had paid for. I paid for 16 x 460W panels, he installed 16 x 350W panels (he sent me the spec for the 350W panels) I then asked when I could expect the other 5 panels to make up the shortfall to be installed, and he then tried to convince me that he installed 410W panels, so there were only 2 short and he would credit me for the difference. The panels are 350W not 410W as he is claiming. He has subsequently made numerous appointments to come and check the panels and reconfigure them for optimal performance, but has never honored the appointments
I employed Pools Inc to renovate my pool. I had leaking pipes and the marbelite was badly warn, so the pool needed remarbeliting. They did a fantastic job the pool looks like new. Clinton certainly went above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone. They were not my cheapest quote, but they were the quote that made me believe that they were the best value for money. I have been trying to settle my bond with this institution for over a month, and they just keep delaying the process, using all sorts of delaying tactics, like failing to provide all the necessary documents they require completed at the start of the process, but they keep feeding one more document required every time you follow up, or they request re-submission of all documents etc. In my opinion they are extorting money from me, because every day that passes before this is another days interest they urn. This is criminal behavior.
On Sunday we went for a lunch at the Cuisine Afrique Restaurant. What a wonderful experience, from the moment we arrived until we walked out of the door we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The service was impeccable, the food delicious and the prices reasonable, with an amazing wine list. I will definitely be going there again.
The strap on my TomTom Runner2 Cardio watch broke, so I phoned their toll free number to order a new one. I dealt with a man by the name of George who was very polite and helpful. When I explained my problem to me, he said that TomTom would replace the strap at no charge to me, and sent me a mail stating what he needed from me. I provided the required information and 3 working days later the replacement strap arrived at my office. WELL DONE TomTom, it is awesome to see a company in this day and age that goes out of their way to keep their customers happy. When the time comes that I need to replace the device, I'll be getting another TomTom. Warmest regards, Mike
I am in the process of changing banks because of the non service by FNB, and on 22 Jan 2016, I sent them a mail requesting information on how to change the debit order for by home loan to ensure that the home loan payment goes through my new account. Once again, they have not bothered to answer me. Why am I surprised (I'm not really, this is normal for FNB).<br> When I requested to downgrade my account from private banking to gold, until I can move my account, I did get a response (which did surprise me), but that was just to say they would do it, and they did not even bother to find out why I was unhappy, and did not even question the fact that I wanted to move my account.<br> Standard bank on the other hand have been quite the opposite, and are bending over backwards to keep me happy as a private banking client.<br> As a result of FNB not responding, my debit order for my bond will not be honoured (which is not really a problem, because I am more than a month in advance with my bond payments), but they will no doubt charge me bouncing fees, because of their incompetence and lack of caring for their clients.<br>
