Extremely disappointed after doing a upgrade in 7 of December 2022 more than a month and half waiting for my cell phone did not receive any device no follow up message and when I made numerous calls spent around R400 on airtime to call them,I was never given proper information ,so I speak to a manager numerous times was always told that the is a process which I followed and still up till date no manager has got back to me after numerous calls I called on Tuesday the 18 of January 2023 and now they do not have the device so they canceled my upgrade without informing me after waiting patiently,every other time I called in there was a stock availability problem absolutely disappointed do not know why the cell phone networks actually use this company they've got no customer care after speak to numerous consultants and keep on dropping the call on me which is absolutely pathetic regarding customer services.
After trying for the last 8+ months to get them to pick the samosa that was left after my function after buying 4× 1 kg which al¦ reject after frying the samosas for my function and could not use them because they all were Rejects, I called fatima's pastries numerous 13 to 14 times and was sent 3 times to specific shop which did not want to collect the remainder of the samosas which they did not want to accept, after all that we came to agreement after speaking to a lady called yasimer to refund me with 3 x 1 kg samosa pur because for the loss of my ingredients and not having any starters for my function and now they ended up only giving me a 500 gram samosa pur complete liars and inconsistent regarding customer complaint an state one thing and do another thing after we come to agreement
Very poor service, wrote a email with great disappointment. To the head Mr Andrew than only i got my set to be picked up and even still i didn't have a Lounge Suite for almost six months in a year but, I am still sitting with a broken Lounge suite which they keep on bringing it back and saying they fixed, I first call on 7 /08/2019 was to Vanessa Pillay the sales women that help me with the Haydee Brown which i paid R19000. 00. No response only in 2020 /05 it got picked up, paid so much of money for a recliner thinking it was a good buy but I guess I was wrong cant use a recliner because it still doesn't open and close and the seats are now sinking in two . But they say its fixed so i am tried truly.. Even asked for my money bk and to take they Lounge suite to date no reply on the email from Mr Andrew

Please don't buy from them they are fraud over a month ago and I'm still waiting for a refund, they lie and keep on telling you to send your banking details and they'll pay you in 7 working days depending on your bank but it doesn't happen
Homechoice as been giving me problems when it comes to get a statement on my account for years had a balance to buy was R20. 000 to buy we called today my balance to buy is sitting at R3500 we asked questions and a statement they tell you it been emailed every month which is a lie . The accounts call center agency can't answer with answers.. The balance owning is R1300. Telling me i should call this company and that company. When want to return items you bought they take months to pickup and still take ur money every month even though they product as false.
