Hi I have been trying to get assistance regarding a transaction dispute that happened in December, I was given the form and sent the request to the email listed on the form, it has been almost a month now without any assistance and Shell said I should contact my bank why are you ****ming people? The last agent I spoke to said they would have this matter escalated and that the manager will contact me but that never happened. All they know is milk people their hard earned money the only thing they have been doing is calling to upgrade my account instead of helping me!!
After 3 months of trying to do a sim swap with Vodacom I still have not been assisted. Someone from the complaints team called me and said they would escalate the matter to their ***** team, but here I am still waiting, no one called me or anything I’m still struggling to access my apps as this number is linked to them
I have been going back and forth with Vodacom to get my sim swap issue resolved, no matter how many times I have told that I need that number to access some on my apps no one is willing to assist me, I have been to your stores for more than 3 times, I took my ID there and they took the copy and sent an email to your escalations team as requested and the ****ed up thing is that you guys are not even allowing me to port the number since you can’t assist. I have been messaging you for more than two months now without any help. I’m actually so annoyed.
Hi there, On the 24 of December 2024 I bought electricity at your Spar express at Shell Gelderblom for R200, the cashier told me that the transaction never went through but the funds were deducted and she told me that the funds will bounce back. The statement run date has now passed and the funds are still not in my account. I can provide you with my bank statement and the receipt of the purchase. I have been trying to contact you for my money with no luck.
I am now complaining for the fourth time and still my issue has not been resolved with Vodacom, I don’t know how many time I have to mention that I need to use that number for authentication to access my apps, all you guys do is close the ticket without any resolution. You said I should go to your stores with my ID and I did that and an email was sent to exclusions by the store manager as you requested still my line is restricted, it’s been more than 3 months now trying to do a sim swap with no luck I have been going back and forth to your stores and I am still not getting any assistance. Do you understand how much you are inconveniencing me?? I said if you guys cannot assist me with the sim swap let me port my number to another service provider I’m more than frustrated with this issue now
Vodacom has the worst service ever. I have been going in and out to your stores and when I’m there they keep on telling me to contact customer support for just a sim swap, there worst thing is that I can’t even move my number to a different provider because my SIM card is locked. This is frustrating as I am using my number for important things. I logged a complaint and the ticket was closed without any resolution why? I went to your stores in Cavendish and they sent the email as requested but the SIM card is still not working what the hell is going on?? And I’ve already paid for the eSIM sim swap!!!!
I have been trying to do an esim swimswap since December, and every time I went to your stores in Cavendish, which is the closest tore to where I work, I was told the system is offline, I went again yesterday, and a lovely lady named Dani assisted me yesterday and was also very patient but we could not proceed as the sim card was restricted and I had to contact the help desk. I got through after holding, and the agent who assisted me put me on hold until the line dropped. She never called me back, and as someone who has worked for Vodacom Customer Service, I know that first call resolution is very important unless things have changed. I went back to the store this morning, and Dani was not there, unfortunately, and the lady who assisted me said she could not assist with making the call and I know all the store have landlines as I have worked for Vodacom before. I'm deeply disappointed with this, as this is the second time I have had such issues. I ended up losing my number the last time, and I'm afraid it looks like I will experience the same issues as well and I think I want to move my number to a different service provider but I have already paid for the eSIM swap!
I’m really not happy with dental, I first went for an orthodontist consultation which I was told I should budget R750 for everything that I went for, they then went on to claim R1300 from my insurance, I let that slide fine. Today I went for my pre dental work for the braces process and when I got the I was assisted by a different person who then took another xray and made me pay for it when they have already deducted so much from the previous xray. Even worse my teeth are not even properly cleaned. You’ve lost a customer!
I needed assistance with a debit order reversal, as the app is not working. I was told to message the support team which I did and they told me they were tired of assisting me, I was being assisted by Levhuwane who closed the chat without giving me the assistance required. Whereas on Saturday I was told that a debit order reversal was R50 today they said it’s R85. FNB is such a **** and It’s time I closed this bank.
They debited funds from my account, i don’t have an account with them. My car became a write off in 2023 and I don’t have a car anymore, I told their agent when they called me to remove me even from their system but they went on and took my money without my permission. Refund my money and remove my DETAILS from your system ****mers!!
