Cancellation on contract unsuccessful
I have attempted to cancel my contract with mixtelematics since 2021 with no success. One of my reference number is : 09408583 dated 8/16/2021. My account number is : 10033563. My wife also called them and no success. I sent several emails cancel my contract to debtors@mixtelematics.com I don't even know how to track my car with this company.

Excellent service
I had the best experience and received the best advise from the sales person and finance person at the Renault Durban branch during the period of May and June this year 2021. The sales person name is Wayne. I ended up buying two cars

Penalty for contract with proof of contract
I bought a new vehicle in around May this year the insurance company required a tracking device installed on the vehicle. My wife had a matrix device on her vehicle which we had traded so she canceled with them and I contacted them to install the beame on my new car all this was on the phone. I told them that to install the device knowing that its a month to month contract. Today when I called them which is a mission to get hold of the customer Care . I told the consultant I want to cancel the contract , the consultant said since I have a 36 month contract I would have to pay a penalty of R 900 if I want to cancel, I then asked the consultant to show me proof of the contract which she replied its a voice recording contract. I asked for proof of that but she said she don't have excess to that. My submision: There was clearly no consensus between Matrix and myself about a 36 month contract. The contract is not in writing. They are not willing to supply proof of the recording. If they want to charge me a penalty of R900 I am willing to go to court to challenge the validity of the contract because clearly there was a misrepresentation of the product.

I have been trying for the last two days just to get a cancelation certificate from standard bank home loan department with no assistance even the branch could not assist.

Misrepresentation of Nestle Kit Kat packaging
I purchased5 packs of Nestle mini kit kat choclates from checkers on the 24 May 2021. My observation is as follows: 1. The packaging says 200g 2. Each mini kit kat is 20g 3. If one does the math and divide 200g by 20g it supposed to give you 10 mini kit kats 4. Unfortunately this is not the case as there are only 9 mini kit Kat's of 20g each. It is obvious we are being cheated and the packaging is a misrepresentation of what is inside. As the packaging says 200g and serving size 20g. If anyone else noticed same please comment.
