Bought a renault kwid in 2021 at Renault Durban, and I reached 15k km. And I took in the car for a car service and when my car came back the next day it will make the weird beeping sound then it will not start. Had to take in the car and it just wouldn’t start and they gave it back to me again. And the very same day it did the same thing so I had to take it in again. Ever since then the car never stopped doing that. It will just not start… I asked them to replace the battery and they did not want to do that. It is the most unsafe thing for me as a woman when I am driving alone, it just does this thing of not starting at the most unfavorable conditions. I was called by head office after the car service, and I mentioned it to them my problem about how the car won’t start after I took it in and head office never looked into that complaint. I’m so frustrated and upset because this was a car bought brand new and in less than a year it was giving this problem

I am an essential worker during this trying time and my vehicle has been towed by Renault on Monday morning as it needs repairs on a part that was replaced a few months ago but is now defective. I have been trying to follow up to find out on the progress on the vehicle and the lady that answered today was totally and utterly rude and disrespectful, she actually hung up while I was talking to her. The frustrating part is that I myself have to report to work tomorrow morning but have no idea how that will be possible if I don't have my vehicle back. It has been 3 days and I have not received any feedback at all, I am the one who constantly has to keep calling them. There is absolutely no need at all to undermine each other especially because of race and be rude...
