I would like to commend Marius on an extremely WELL DONE job!! My wifi network dropped. After being very frustrated for holding on the line for so long waiting for an agent to pick up, I was greeted and assited by Marius, who was very polite, patient and helpful. Fnb is a bunch of *****sters!! I declined a debit check mandate. But fnb still allows an unauthorised debit order! Who gave peemission? Obviously be declining a mandate that is saying a customer does not agree. After numerous call, and secure chats, the debit still goes off with me incurring bank charges. Now i cannot close the account coz i must pay! I must pay for u *****sters thay allowed a debit that i declined??? And i am still waiting 2 weeks for managemnet to call me. U are a bunch of ****s with empty promoses and *****sters! im sure the ombusdmans will love to here how fnb performs ***** on customers accounts!

Have 2 contracts and been upgrading for many years. Took out the contracts for my minor under aged kids. Called in customer care to change banking details and was told I am NOT the account holder!!! My minor child is.. so a minor must call in and do security checks????? What utter nonsense. Was informed that the child must call in to change ownership! Telkom is so *******. What ***** are u guys doing? I the parent opens and upgrades a contract with my id, my signiture, my details but telkom decides to do ******* things and put the contracts on my childs name.. the child does not even have an id so what the hell are u guys up to. I DEMAND A CALL FROM A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER TODAY!! I WILL TAKE UR ******* AND ***** ACTIVITY TO THE OMBUDSMAN!
Why is Mtn calling me from a Private Number! When i answer its a recorded line saying i must select 1 for airtime... Since when????? Stop calling me!!! All my marketing is off!!!
I have done an application for a credit card via the fnb app. All was good, selected the branch etc. To my mind Im waiting for delivery.. only for ME to follow up and get transferred over 5 times only to be told it must be re ordered. Wat was the point of me going on the app and doing the request. But the card is reflecting on my app. But i dont have it. I dont understand why u would have something that a customer can apply for on the app but dont honour the request. The customer must be sent from pillar to post for one simple thing
I have sent over 7 emails with screen shots and my live location for u to see the tracker does not work. I have asked numerous times for cancellation. Even ur ceo joshua and harry doesnt care.. is everyone at cartrack dead like the unit!!! Cancel this useless unit, even if im hijacked u cant help!! I will not pay
Bunch of rogues. Called in to postpone my date, was told the 'fine print' of 10 workings days. Which by the way i was within the 10 working days, but they come with they nitty gritty of before and after, inbetween exam date.. To think i paid for this course with my hard earned money, i am unemployed, trying to better my chances of employment and this happens... No, sorry, we cannot refund u or postpone ur date.. so not like i have much of a choice.. utterly disgusted not to mention the pathetic attitude and rudeness of them
So i get an sms saying my capitec acc is dormant.. Why.. there is money deposited into my capitec account every month. How dare u define what the word 'transaction' mean.. the fact that there is money being transferred every month u can clearly see my account is not sitting idle. This is a savings account, and that is exactly what i am doing. SAVING! U are for sure not the cheapest bank, but the biggest thieves. Unblock my account so i can withdraw my money and save it with a more reputable bank
