I am so impressed with the quality of leather and craftsmanship at Burgundy Collective. I just received a work bag that I purchased from them online and the bag is stunning. This is my third bag from the store, as I have previously purchased two handbags, also online. And I am definitely coming back for more, I'm totally obsessed with the quality of their products and excellent attention to detail. The communication is excellent and my orders arrived fast, from Stellenbosch to the Vaal, in excellent packaging and condition. Thank you so much to everyone at Burgundy Collective. My bags have people giving me compliments everywhere I go, even at work. There's so much class in genuine leather, and I'm happy that it will last me a lifetime. I totally recommend Burgundy Collective to anyone and everyone. Their products are worth every penny, buy what you are looking at and buy it now. It's worth it.
Thank you so much Hello Peter. I submitted a complaint about Vodacom on this site last week. Vodacom responded and called me the following day. After months of being sent from pillar to post, one department to another, different consultants......the issue was resolved within one day. All thanks to Hello Peter, my stress is now over and the issue has been resolved.....the account has been closed and I don't owe Vodacom any money. Thank you Hello Peter. God bless you all.
I took out a contract for a tablet online months ago. Had problems using it as the Sim card wasn't ricca'd and the closest Vodacom store was unable to help me because it was an online purchase. I then called Vodacom to cancel the contact and the tablet was returned. The courier to collect the tablet was organised by Vodacom. This was within the first week of purchasing the damn thing. Months later, Vodacom deducts money from my bank account and I receive a statement via email. I reversed the transaction and called Vodacom. After being sent from one department to another, no consultant seems to be able to resolve the issue, some will even hang up and cut the call. I really don't know what must happen now. But I refuse to pay for something that was long returned because someone at Vodacom just isn't doing their job. Emails go unanswered. Calls are fruitless. Vodacom is beyond pathetic. Stay away from purchasing from Vodacom online.....you will have a serious headache. Just stay away from Vodacom.
The petrol attendants at Engen Three Rivers in Vereeniging don't issue slips when you pay for petrol in cash. This has happened a few times now and it's frustrating because I need my slips to claim back my petrol money from my employer. When I request to see the manager, I get stories. I don't know if this has happened to other people as well.....or if they just do this to me because they believe that they can get away with it. I am officially DONE with Engen......never going back!
Everything was explained thoroughly. An opportunity to ask questions for clarity was given throughout our call. The best rate was given, when compared to other insurance companies......I'm a very happy client. 🥰
STAY AWAY from Van Schaik Bookstore! I ordered TWO books online, paid over a grand and received only ONE book!!!! More than THREE WEEKS later, I have not received the second book or my refund! These guys are fraudsters!!!! STAY AWAY from Van Schaik Bookstore, STAY AWAY! I will be reporting this to the ombudsman and will also be opening a case.
