Today I had questions with my water and electricity prepaid I called iswitch and spoke to Nathanie Chellan she explained to me about the services fees charged when buy prepaid electricity and water she was very clear and forthcoming with information I understood everything..thank you very much for excellent service keep it up really appreciated

Bad service
Nomcebo from shoprite bushbuckridge branch assisted a security infront of me without even taking into consideration that maybe I am also hurry when I asked her why she is doing that she just said the security is on duty ddnt even bother to apologize mind you I have been on the que for while. Her attitude towards me was really bad never experienced such behavior from shoprite staff members.
