HelloPeter i need your help urgently,i cashed in R1500 on my momo account last week Saturday cashed out using Nedbank cash send, it didnt send me voucher number and pin as it used to. On Tuesday i contacted MTN they told me money will reflect back to my account within 3 days, i called them again today they telling me to wait up until Sunday. I cant wait that long because im using that money for my business since its approaching weekend. The reference number they gave me its 6448211. Its not the first time im experiencing this issue,please help.
I just want to expose clientele sales persons the once that are working at the field they claim that when you sign up with clientele they give you rewards card. So I did gave my account details and stuff but I didnt sign up for a policy so the guy told me that clientele will give me a call n thats when they gonna confirm with me for that rewards card n I couldn't answer their call. Suddenly clientele is deducting R337.00 for 2 months and this week I spoke with one of their clients told them to not deduct n reverse my money back i sent them an email with no reply. Up until I got a call from one of their clients I told her to cancel whatever deal am having with them she said she will cancel. They deducted again this month I went to my bank and they told me that yes I may cancel the deal with clientele but they are able to change the reference number from their end. So this is the so called reference number I got with then 70010140027 - [35078929]. So Hello peter please help me expose these people because the consultant from Capitec told me that am not the only one crying about this issue.
Hello Peter, I have a problem with one of the Capitec bank employees since I waited for money to be transferred on my account its been almost 2 months now,I have been checking up with the're branch at Jabulani Mall they said I must wait for 21 days which has long passed, I went back again gave them my number because I can't be doing up and downs I went there on the 17th last month till now no phone call from them nothing!
Hello Peter, I have a problem with Hollard which is based at Bara mall, I sent all my documents for the claim they said that it only takes 48 hours for money to be on my account,I went there last month on the 14th even now no one calls me I went there to do a follow up they said they will call me even now. Capitec bank I went there several times for transfer money of the deceased in my account even now am still waiting they say I myself should call the deceased department which I did and did not get any answers. I don't know what to do anymore.
