I have cancelled my policy in January. Still the debit order goes through. I have written emails and made calls, but still it is not cancelled. Even received an email apologizing for the delay in reply on my email, but still the policy isn't cancelled. Stop the debit order and pay back my money or I will lay a complaint with the consumer board. I am fed-up with companies taking money. I wonder what they pay the people to speak positively of them on the ads.
