⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Poor Organisation & Hidden Fees I booked my test at Quest Africa Clinical Labs three weeks in advance, even sending my completed blood forms via WhatsApp as requested. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my forms at all — forcing me to fill in everything again on the spot. Before my appointment, I was specifically asked how I would be paying and confirmed it would be by card. But after the tests were done, I was told there were no card facilities available. To make matters worse, they informed me that EFT payments come with an extra 5% fee — something never mentioned upfront. This is not how a professional medical facility should operate. If you value organisation, transparency, and basic customer service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
My wife and I had the absolute worst service from VFS Global. We needed a refund for our Swiss Visa’s due to travel bans. Their terms state that refunds can take up to 30 days which is a very long timeframe. We are on day 48 currently with no progress. I check in with them on a weekly basis and each time they then request something else for the process which I find unacceptable. You complete a refund form which you would assume contains all necessary details for them to process the refund. They have requested documents twice, copy of my credit card and basically not sent anything to the finance department until I checked in with them. How utterly incompetent!!! Ive emailed them 3 times this week and still not one reply.
Not a great experinece Arrived an hour late despite me confirming the day before Did not have enough space for my stuff even though I provided the list (twice) Did nit adhere to the 2.1 height restriction (clearly mentioned it to them) and then wanted to charge me more for the extra time. Dented my fridge, broke my couch leg and damaged mt TV cabinet despite me wrapping everything in bubble wrap. Will never use or recommend this company.
After speaking to 3 different people none of whom had communicated with each other I have yet to receive a cancellation call. I emailed you directly and submitted a cancellation request yesterday. However I was still charged today. Please cancel and refund me immediately. This company is absolutely pathetic and should not be allowed to offer any service!
I have requested to cancel my 5G service (which never works) 5 times in the last week and have not received a SINGLE response. Absolute joke of a company with 0 customer service and terrible connectivity Would rate them a -10 if I could
