Service Excellance from Kelly Alexander at Oneplan Pet Insurance
Kelly Alexander rendered 5-star service. She remained committed to getting hold of me telephonically. Her telephone manner was pleasant and professional. She patiently answered my questions and my numerous emails. She also went the extra mile to provide me with a reasonable premium for my 3 pets. I don't normally like talking to the agents
I don't normally like talking to the agents. They can be quite pushy and don't listen to what one is saying. They also try and scare one with cancer statistics. Life is stressful enough without having a run down on potential health threats. However, Ancel was helpful and understanding and empathetic... Her call was pleasant.1 reply

Oneplan Pet Insurance
I would like to thank Lebogang Sambo for the wonderful service I received on Sunday using the Oneplan Whatsapp number. I sent the message fully expecting to only receive an answer on Monday and to my surprise Lebogang chatted to me throughout the day until we had resolved the matter.
