FNB has started to welcome *****sters to their bank. A lady named Julie de*****ed thousands under the company name JackedUpConsulting, she then went as Ameena Durand and de*****ed more people under a new company name of Traversal. All with FNB accounts. FNB asked us to open a ******** case at SAPS, after we did so and submitted the affidavits to them, they still have not refunded us. We have banked with them for years and this is the kind of services we get. Save yourselves.
This woman is senile. We did not even use her services, we didn't send anything for her to process. She agreed to a full refund and it's never happened. The thing that surprises me most is that she continues to chat with you, giving a 100 excuses and lies to make you feel sorry for her. Her whole company is a total ****. Do not be fooled by **** good reviews. She has taken down both her Facebook and Google page because the bad reviews were too many and she doesn't want the public to know. Search Facebook and read the threads about this **** company.
I have been banking with FNB since the day I started working and never had a problem. I opened a Standard Bank account to get a passport via the bank. I have never been more horrified in my life, the procedure to get my passport was hideous. When I finally received my passport and went to close my account at the Chatsworth Center branch, I waited an hour to be assisted even though the bank was not busy. I went to the bank on 3 separate occasions to try and be done quickly. The floor manager Roland or Ronald assisted after an hour of me waiting. I closed my account on the 27th of October. On the 28th of November, I get a statement from Standard bank saying that interest is accumulated and I now owe them money (NOTE: I never put money into this account and I paid the fees in full before closing it) I emailed their support team, received a mail saying I will be assisted in 24hours, it's been 3days and still no assistance. This is pathetic service.
I have had the most frustrating experience with the staff at Hollywoodbets. It's very peculiar how easy it is to deposit money to bet without uploading any documents but when you try to make a withdrawal, then you've got to upload FICA documents. I uploaded my documents a month ago, i emailed the helplines to assist then a member of your staff replies (PinkieX) asked for my details, I email my details, she does nothing. The next week another person asks for my details again and they have done nothing. It's as if your staff get paid for doing nothing. I need to withdraw the money I originally deposited into the account. I am extremely disgusted by your pathetic service.
Some Kingsmead staff are unaware that you are able to book an appointment to do your fingerprints and photos at the premises for your passport. I've been there twice and there is a lady at the branch who keeps telling me to go to home affairs. Why would I apply via your bank if I am still to go through home affairs? Obviously I am trying to avoid the home affairs route. I called again today as I continued to follow the steps on the Standard Bank website to book my appointment at Kingsmead for my fingerprints and photos. Again a lady answered and told me that they don't do this. Why is their staff unaware about the information clearly stated on their own website? This makes one highly irate especially when we need out passport for work purposes and then you get staff who don't even know what's going on.
