Poor workmanship. I paid more than R6,000 for a leafnet pool cover but the net had a tear in it. Do they not check the quality of their products before they install it?
My title says it all.
We moved to Level 7 due to the recommendations from our community. Must admit their service levels are good but... My wife works for a bank and had numerous issues connecting to her work systems. After numerous IT visits they told her that the problem lies with our internet service provider. She phoned them to ask if there are any security settings that might affect her connection. They promised her there were nothing. The connection was "open". After that I even upgraded our internet speed to see if that might assist (Level 7 told me it's a new contract). So we struggled on for several months... One day my wife was in the Wimpy and decided to quickly log in. Guess what - all her connections worked perfectly on public wi-fi... We then knew the problem must be with Level-7. We were then advised to move to Supersonic. We did and all issues have now been resolved. The sad think is I must now still pay my Level-7 monthly subscription fee (as I did upgrade our internet speed) but I would have never done so if they were honest with us and the contract would have been expired by now. So let's summarise - don't make use of Level-7 if your company that you work for have tight security controls in place.
Website must be clear when will the expecting shipping date will be before the customer confirms his order. This will avoid confusion and frustration.
Stay away! No feedback on product I ordered on the 12th of May. No feedback on WhatsApp or query send on website. Thieves!
