Useless. Refuse to respond to emsils. Though levies are payable they do not clean. They do not respond. The refused to provide details of their manager. I struggled a year to get statements from Direct Axis as I worked from home to send statements to my private email address. I seldom got statements to my other email adress that was registered with them. From March 202 I indicated that I want to pay of my loan and what the implications will be as well as the settlement amount.. Not one cent discount apparently and I did not agree with the settlement amount and enquiries in that regrd fell on deaf ears, The website is not working for a very long period. The call centre is useless and it takes long for them to answer if they do and when they do they cut you off, When asking to speak to a manager- always in a meeting. Since I started with paying off i was told there would be no penalties. A lie. Eventually i paid off the amount as per settlement letter and yet they continued to deduct the loan amount as well as other costs from my bank account. They do not respond to emails. The bank details on the statement is not even correct and another expensive phone call I had to make. Matter unresolved with no effort from Direct AXIS, WESBANK or FNB to resolve the matter.
