I Had a great 2 years of great service. My agent was Jeandre. Invoices were always on time and very quick to respond on all of my concerns.
We been using thier solution since 2019 and requested for a line speed upgrade for over a month now,, we were told that this would only take 48 hours max, and now all of a sudden we've been without internet for the past 3 days, ,I honestly wouldn't recommend this internet solution to anyone else
Worst experience ever , I was basically told that I’m not sick enough , I wouldn’t recommend anyone to seek treatment there. I was basically denied my right to access to health care even after having paid to see a doctor. I think the Office of Health Ombudsman should look in to this hospital. I filled in a refund form and hope to get my refund
