Exceptional Service!!
The absolute best service that we have EVER received at a dealership. Not only did we get an amazing deal on a brand new Toyota Urban Cruiser, but we got it all the same day we applied. Documents submitted, approved, validated, invoiced, contract signed and we took delivery. Thank you so much to Mercia Venter, our sales consultant, you are magic and I will highly recommend that anyone who walks into Toyota in Midrand, seek out Mercia Venter. No matter how busy Mercia was (and trust me she was exceptionally busy), she never neglected us for even a second. When we first applied for finance, we applied at Aksons Wheels in Pietermaritzburg. After a very stressful week and having to constantly beg for assistance from the sales person, we were not happy. Then Mercia called and offered to help. The following day I drove home in a brand new car. I would also recommend that "other sales people" (referring to Nico Venter from Haval PMB) phone Mercia and get some tips on our to be an exceptional sales executive. Very Very Very happy customers!!

Would never recommend this dealership!
I met with an accident and when we received the quote it was more than the cars value. Knowing that insurance would write it off I contacted Nico Venter, sales consultant at Haval PMB and started finance application on a 2020 Haval H1. Mr Venter made no effort to give feedback of his own accord. I had to constantly phone and ask for progress. We received confirmation that insurance would write off and settle full outstanding of the old vehicle. I asked Mr Venter if the letter would suffice for us to finalize the sale. By the following day I still had no answer. I then sent him the letter. No answer. I had made it clear to Mr Venter from the onset that I urgently needed a deal concluded. Mr Venter made me feel like I was irritating him and that he was doing me a favour by helping me. Mr Venter received our documents on the morning of the 18th. By the afternoon of the 23rd he informed me it would take a few more days. This is after I told him I only had the 23rd and 24th to drive through to collect the vehicle. On the morning of the 24th, we submitted our documents to Toyota in Midrand, by that afternoon we took delivery. I would not recommend Mr Nico Venter of Haval Pietermaritzburg, or the dealership Aksons Wheels Pmb to anyone. It was not only Mr Nico Venter, but the FNI had no interest in the deal and neither did the manager. Toyota in Midrand submitted docs, validated and negotiated rate in a matter of a morning! And they were exceptionally busy that day. Very clear here who wanted to do business with us and who did not!

Don't Buy from Oh My Goodness on Takealot
I am an avid Takealot shopper and am normally very happy with my shopping experience, until I attempted to purchase a Crystal infused water bottle. The company advertising it the most, "Oh My Goodness", has cancelled my order 3 times. Each time I have selected another crystal and each time it takes about a week or two and then I get a notification that my order has been cancelled because they cannot locate the product. Why is Takealot still allowing this company to use its platform? I don't even want to purchase from Takealot again because of this.
