It’s been 1 week now of receiving 2 SIM cards and they are not active I have requested for with this from rain all they say is help is on the but they have not helped this company is the worst when it come to customer service if they can’t help they need to take back this SIM cards
I received SIM cards on Tuesday and I cannot activated them and I put about 5 requests to be assisted to activate the sim since Tuesday all am getting is emails that help is on the way but I have not received any help or any call the service is poor
It’s was good service with great savings and the agents that called me was very friendly
I have been paying R938.00 over 1 year now on fixed plan I have now this month I told am owing R2300.00 that I activated a another decoder which I didn’t and only using 1 decoder that I used self service to activate this I didn’t DSTV is just *****
This is about my personal loan it was debited twice this month but it not reflecting on the balance so my R2200.00 just vanish from account I need an explanation for this ******** act I tried to find out what is going to secure chat which is useless you can be there for an hour and still not get help even if you beg to call they will not 😒 I am so angry right I don’t understand a bank that I have banked with for more 10 year can do this type ***** on my account I want an explanation of what happened to my. The online credit card application is so bad they call and your detail and then after ask to send documents which I did since then they have not contacted me to let me know the outcome tried sending email they keep saying they will get back to me in 24hours all time
I just realised that an amount on my account has been added without my approval I normally pay R899.00 a month but Disney’s plus channel has been added to account without my approval why. This not right fraud
I went to the brach today the one by Nicol way Branyston ask for help to link an account and also change my login in details so I can be able to make payments easily from my FNB app , I was assisted by a consultant who was not paying attention to what he was doing he was talking on the phone with his friends while assisting me in the process he put a wrong number and he only realised it late once the app was downloaded on my phone he then ask me to put the OPt number I told him I did not received the opt he then told to go to the ATM to change the opt I did that and told me to go home I will able to login but now I cannot login in coz it’s still showing the wrong cell number he captured and now am busy cannot go to the branch again. Please your check consultants need to be more professional and pay attention when helping clients so the don’t make mistakes please can I get someone to help me
This is the worst bank ever they froze my account without sending a massage or calling me yesterday on the 02/04/2022 I was surprised my debit orders didn’t go through while I hand money in the account so I went to the branch in Nicol way only to be told my account has been frozen I need to bring proof residence I produce one which is an invoice for my car tracker was told it’s not acceptable, now the there is nothing I can do till Monday I cannot pay my account I cannot access my money this is very unprofessional you don’t freeze someone account without warming, I just need to get this resolved so I can get money and open an account with another bank
