I stand in a line for the longest time only to be told the till is closed ? Your staff has not communicated with us that tills will be closed but allow us to stand in long lines ? Please make it make sense. The lady literally told me to put all my items back in my trolley. On top of that they are so rude!
Had a traumatic experience at checkers liquor today. Found dead ****roaches inside my 6pack, unfortunately I can’t pin the picture here. Clearly the place isn’t clean , please double check hygiene. Thank you.
The service here is terrible. I like the nail technicians and they do a good job but the lady who answers the phones is terrible , came for a walk in and she mentioned that they would be no space only after an hour and 30 , I tell her that I will get back to her. I call 20 odd mins to tell her that I would like to book for that slot. I come in (waited for 5-10 mins) until she told me that someone already booked for that time slot. I processed to ask her why she failed to mention this over the phone. No apology nothing. I’m so disappointed. Comprehension is key. Please teach your staff to better communicate with customers.
Super disappointing service! Ordered a plant based toastie, left to go buy something at a shop literally next door. Which would have given them enough time to toast the bread. I arrived and waited another 5-10 mins. Rivonia village Vida e Cafè
The lovisa at mall of Africa is stuck in the dark ages! No zapper. No taping option. And when asked why, the answer was that they do not want to replace the card machines! Absolutely terrible. Such an inconvenience.
This shop never has fish. week in and week out and on top of that their staff is extremely rude 😟
The service at pick n pay hyper in woodmead is absolutely terrible. We waited 10 mins for a cashier who was not there. Then we were told that there were open cashiers but they were closed. I had a handful of things and the lady at the till did not even offer a plastic. I’m so disappointed!
We were served by 3 different waiters asking for drink orders and only got on our third request. Service is slow and without any explanation
I got a jacket that was priced R699 but the price was R799, the people working there did not apologize but said it’s a “human error”. Terrible terrible service especially coming from a retailer like zara.
