My mom had a issue with her pool in December which we managed to fix our swimming pool. swimpool centre sent there guy around without telling us that they where going to charge a pensioner R450.00 for a call out fee who live 4 streets away from swimpool center. Now they are sending this account to my mom Without signing anything or agreeing to anything and they did nothing. And they did not warn her of the amount before or we would of said no thanks. That's really sicking there call out fee and for what we fixed our pool our self . Disgusted with there service and the staff there has such attitude to .
I have a huge issue with the there lack of service they refuse to take off there debt orders if the date falls on the weekend which is rubbish I asked for the debt order to go off on the 7th of each month now they take it off now because the weekend what rubbish and I asnwered all there security and they refused to help when I stated my contract was an open contract and I didn't tell how much data I get . There is also something they forgot the privacy act . Ill never use Vodacom again they don't follow instructions and they don't help a person on there customer care line disgusted customer.
