Claim from Absa car insurance company
Good evening! I am back with the out come of my complain to the Absa Insurance company. I got help from a case manager Pravesh Bejah who has managed to help us got fully paid aft a long waiting period of 3 Months now. I will like to take this moment to thank you for assisting us to get paid for our claim with Absa Insurance, thank you so much we've got paid today a full amount of our claim from them, if it wasn't you being involved we don't think that we would have been paid and fully. Well done i wish you can continue to help everyone who has a the same problem as ours.🙏 Your sincerely Zanele Gunya Have a good evening 💕😍

Poor service ever
This is a unprofessional company since i was involved in a car accident with their client on the 25 of April even now im still waiting for my car to be fixed. Also their client her car it's not done yet. I will never recommend anyone to have Absa insurance. They've got a very bad service. They keep on asking the documents and I gave them all the paperwork to get my car fixed, till today, worse of them all no one talks or reply to ony of their Whastapp or email. Sad experience with them, even to me I will never be their client and anyone who is their client right now you better take this as it's coming to you too💔💔😭😭😭

Rochelle Lebone Orthopaedic ward
I was involved in a car accident on the 25th of April, @ Alexandra Clinic they referred me to Edenvale Hospital because of the multiple injuries especially server Headache and my leg injuries. The is a lady that i need to recommend on my weekly check up @ Orthopaedic ward/clinic that lady her name is Rochelle Lebone. Listen im so lucky to meet with a very kind person to be in a very friendly and polite way. She loves her job and she can give all of the patients a good treatment whether you are all or young. Keep up the good work that all the staff is doing for us,I am forever grateful for your service 🙏 May God continue to blessings all the Dr's and there staff for an excellent work 💐

Hello Peter, I’m back only this time with the exceptional customer service team that i have received and im still recovering though im too far away from them. The service from the door till @ the tills it’s extremely exciting. I would like to recommend anyone who needs this kind service f services to go straight to a store Manager DYLAN he has a very good customer experience that will knock you off,u won’t even realise how much your spending. You will feel @ home n welcome. Im building @ East London currently im staying @ Gauteng JOHANNESBURG. What I would like to admire him about is what he did for me especially 2day while im @ Johannesburg is that ,he helped me with my building materials and make sure that I get them on tym too.❤️ Woooow Sir you deserve more please keep up your good work.
