On the 8th of March my car was repossessed I was 2 months in arrears due to unemployment. I managed to pay on the 14the just to find out I need to pay a extra R6000 for storage. And they also have an approved buyer for my car going for R55000 I bought the car 3/4 years ago brand new. Mileage 56000. I am so disappointed. These banks are chasing us away, forcing us to use Capitec
I am writing this review with great disappointment. How does a company treat its customers so bad. I'm without internet for two days, chatting on their website, getting through to them is a nightmare. There responds time on chatting is 8hrs. I am a bit worried, I am thinking of cancelling. It looks like they planning on closing business of many people is going to loose there money.

For months we've been trying to have the router/box replaced or fixed. When calling they transfer you to different departments and eventually disconnect the call when they ran out of departments to transfer you. I cancelled the contract but could not connect with another provider because Mweb didn't disconnect the line. No responds on the app as well. Not a good choice when considering a provider, endless problems and their Customer Service are the worse. 0 rating
On the 25 June I registered on my Mobile Phone, there was no option to choose more then one device because I wanted to watch Showmax on my TV. I made a payment of R50 (error) and R99 I first called Capitec to ask if they can reversed the payment the reply was NO. When I called SHOWMAX I was told, There is nothing they can do to help me change the PLAN AND they WILL NOT be REFUNDING ME. I should have asked for help before I registered and paid. I MUST CANCEL AND FORFEIT THE MONEY..I am SHOCKED who are these people!!! BE WARNED PEOPLE...I would rather look at DISNEY OR PRIME or whatever other options there are available
Discovery Health has the worst Customer Service. I have been trying since 20 December 2023 to switch to a different option. See all the references below. Today when I finally got them on the phone, the agent just terminated the call after I given her the full story. I've been with Discover for so long and know all the options, I am not really sure which other medical aid to choose. Just SAD

This morning I went to PEP cnr of Van Riebeeck and Forest Drive Eerste River. When I look at the que I thought this is going to take forever but decided to wait. WOW!! I was amazed with the service of those cashiers. In no time the que was gone. Well done Ladies you dont get service like that anymore. Thank You
Not to long ago I applied for a loan. I was very impressed with the efficiency and upgrades. Everything is online, consultant keeps you up to date with the status of your application. Well done guys.
