I am very frustrated with the service of HIFI and their service provider, i bot a tv online last year may and the tv has given up now, i have reported a fault in the TV 3 weeks back and HIFI assigned me a service provider(PowerCare) who also assigned me (Master audio) and only last week they took my TV and now i am the one who must waste time energy and money to run around these people to give me updates on my TV. They tell me my TV cannot be fixed but now they don’t want to bring my TV Back and the TV is still under warranty, i will never buy from HIFI their service and that of their service provider is exhausting and really frustrated, for the past 3 weeks i am without TV and no updates on my TV
They do not even deserve my 1 star, they took my Lennox ottoman to fix the two legs on the 12th of January, today is the 2nd March I have not received any communication from them, when I call they never answer, I'm so disgusted of their poor service.
It has been 14 days since they said they will come collect my sansui TV, when I call them they don't answer their phones. They did not reply to my emails, this is really frustrating.
Vodacom bucks is the worst, I bought the smeg kettle that was on special on the 12th May and my order went through, now 2 days later they tell me they are out of stock and they deducted my money, I told them I don't want my money but my order as my money was already by them. Now I see on the Voda bucks my order has been canceled but all along it was still pending awaiting stock at I had requested , now can they please refund me my money
