I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from SmartSure. In November 2024, one of SmartSure’s clients caused an accident involving my vehicle. Both parties reported the incident to our respective insurers, and I submitted a claim through my insurance, which was successful. However, I was required to pay an access fee of R8,600 upfront. Since then, I have been trying to recover the access fee from SmartSure, but I’ve encountered ongoing delays, poor communication, and no accountability. Despite numerous calls, emails, and follow-ups, I am constantly told to wait, or I receive no meaningful feedback at all. It has now been several months with no refund and no proper resolution. This process has been frustrating and financially unfair, especially considering that their client was clearly at fault. As a third party, I expected better treatment and professionalism from an insurance provider.
I am honestly very frustrated with budget insurance, and I really just want to change to another insurance, I got hit around November, the person who knocked my car was very helpful and gave me all the relevant details I called in to report my problem and also gave them the third party details so they can recover my money, I have been calling trying to understand where they’re with recovering my money from the other party, they keep saying they’re ready to send demand letter and the person assigned to my file will contact me, I have been waiting for this call for weeks on ends no updates no communication nothing, I need my money back and they really not working the recovery team is just chilling this is a financial set back, as the third party is very cooperative but my insurance is not doing anything, soon as I recover my money i will dumping this useless insurance
I am really frustrated with Vodacom at this point I feel like their stuff is in this whole ****, I raised red flag about a contract taken in my name,their consultant called me to confirm this contract I strictly told her I did not apply for this contract at the time the phone was not yet realised for dilivery, but now the phone is realised and on its way for dilivery, how?? When I strictly told the consultant that it's a *****ulent contract I am really frustrated with whole thing Vodacom is ruining my life
I received a text message on Friday informing me that my order will be dispatched from Vodacom, I didn't make much of this as I have on contract or application with Vodacom, today I get an alert which says there's an enquiry made on Experian on my credit profile from Vodacom, shocked because I have never made any application with Vodacom and this will potentially ruin my credit score I have worked very hard to keep clean
In my whole experience with courier's I will need to give this guyz a 0, I received an SMS in the morning 10am to be precise to say that my order was out for dilivery I waited the whole day nothing no call from the driver nothing, around half past 4 I call their customer service it was confirmed and reassured that my parcel would be dilivered today.. I waited no call no nothing I login into the tracking system it now says the driver attempted delivery where?? Because I was never called no communication whatsoever so where did this driver attempt to diliver extremely dissapointed and annoyed 😠
Very frustrated with these guyz. They come to our home installed the fibre and my mom was issued with a refrence number that money was paid using the reference the number only for us to find that the are two refrences one which was on my sister's name and one on my mom's name, our services were suspended due to non payment but we have paid money on the reference that they gave to my mom we have since sent numerous emails to try and resolve this issue tried sending proof of payment no one has gotten back to us the with any way forward. Instead we're just recieving suspension letters at this point we really just want to cancel this ****, it's frustrating these guyz have no sense of customer urgency they market customers they find customers then suddenly they don't want to work.
So I don't know who to blame in this Case Edgar's or black opal. I have been a loyal customer of black opal for decade now and have never been so dissapointed and dissatisfied, I bought BLACK OPAL True Color Liquid Foundation, online and it was on sale on Edgar's online, I've recently opened it and the quality is not it, it's very watery and I won't stick to my skin and immediately get's dry, I have never experienced this since I started using this product,, maybe it's time I change the product or maybe the problem is with Edgar's as this was my first time buying this at their store 🚮🚮🚮

If possible guyz please do not take contract deals from this guyz, I was offered a data simcard by one of their consultants unfortunately I was mislead and given false information for me to accept the contract, I was told that the MTN sim is a universal simcard that would be able to transfer data from MTN to my main simcard Telkom, I asked the consultant more than once if this was true as I cud not afford a router at the moment and I had no dual phone to accommodate the mtn simcard, more than once the consultant assured me but upon going to MTN store to ask if this was true I was told this not possible so I have been trying to cancel this contract with mondo I am unable to get through as their phone just play music all day long till my airtime runs out, I ended up asking for help from MTN Official page on Twitter, they tried assisting me and told me that they have put an cancelation order with mondo and that mondo would contact me but it's been a week now am waiting, debit order's have started going off for admin fee for what exactly?? Because this contract is void I was mislead nd given false information why should I pay for admin and cancelation fees??
