Unauthorized Debit order
I have been asking you to ****en cancel the debit order since October and i even signed your ****en cancelation letter and sent it to you but you keep debiting every ****en month since October, I hope you wont ****en debit tomorrow cause I'm sick and tired of emailing you ****en guys and not responding to me.

Geyser Claim - Policy number: 1040099162
We registered a geyser claim end of the year 2020 then they sent people to come and fix it. Two months down the line the main switch started plug and the stove started to trip. We called the electrician and he advised us it's wires from the geyser. I've been trying to call NEDBANK, sent numerous please calls, sent messages to call my mother so what they did was, they call but when she picks up they hang up and they've been doing that ever since so now it ***ken cold we don't have hot water

Geyser claim
May Old Mutual please call me regarding a geyser claim 69138N086448206. We claims end of last year 2020 for a geyser replacement. After a month or so, the main switch started to trip which affected the stove plug. We called an electrician and he said the foult is from the geyser. I've requested then to call me numerous times, all they do is call and hung up a everytime!!!
