I have had the awesome experience dealing with Silindile Mchunu, a delightful person assisting with TERS information. Phoned me back, after the line got disconnected, and again when I had to disconnect due to another call Her service is thorough and prompt !!

Ilze you rock !!
Hi Had the awesome experience of working with Ilze Ebrlich from the Stellenbosch branch! She came highly recommended to me and she didnt dissapoint one bit ! With me working abroad and weird income structure she really really did her best to get us the best deal possible l, which was amazing Nevermind the countless hurdles we had to overcome with me being outside the country for most of the time, we actaully managed the bond in record time !! Ilze Ill defintely keep recommending you to all my peers and expat friends !! Ooba look after Ilze se is amazing !!

Horrible correspondence!!
I have been trying for 3 days straight to get a response from wesbank to give me a reply or just to answer the "direct" line i have been given for them. I am going to loose the vehicle that i wanted to finance privately if I dont get an answer today from wesbank

OUT OF STOCK
<p>Mtn again you advertise devices and deal on your montly catalogue and cannot supply!!! Shocking I have been from pillar to post trying to find out where the device is but I only get "warehouse is out of stock" </p> <p> </p> <p>Now MTN I put it to you, how can Samsung SA have stock of the samsung gear S2 ( the device in question) all over the country but you cannot procure them for your contract deals as advertised, its been over 2 weeks and still cant even get a timeline, still getting answers like maybe 1 or 2 more weeks </p> <p> </p> <p>Surely this is borderlining on false advertising !!??</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN warehouse and procurement department, you are letting down your retail shops !!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
