I visited Bhambu today and regret using my precious time and hard earned money to be called names and experienced ****** because whites have entered the palace. Was told to take what’s mine and leave and securities called because I was playing with my phone! The so called manager told me it’s his place so I must take what’s mine and leave lol funny because he is also white. Was told to never ever set my foot ever there. Was treated as if I’m a charity case while I went there to pay my own money. If their place is specially designed and respectful for whites they must let us now than to disrespect us and call us names. Am not going to let this slide.
I have a data contract with Mtn and I signed a contract of 300gb (150 day and 150 night) but for the past 4 months every month on the 9th it says I no longer have data no matter how many gb I had the previous night . I have been complaining and no one is willing to assist me. And when I check on the app how many gb I have used for the past 30days it doesn’t reach the gb I signed for. Can you kindly assist please because I cannot pay for something am not satisfied with
My aunt had a vodacom contract phone which had insurance and her phone was stolen on the 13/06/2022 and reported it. Was given a new phone after 2 weeks if not mistaken, she went to collect the phone and a new sim was given to her and told her to switch it on after 24hours for her to get her old number but waited to 24hr still the number didn’t work. We contacted them and they said they are fixing it we must wait for 72hrs but still with no success. Went back to the branch but still couldn’t get help. Now they are telling us the numbers has been given to other people since it has been off for too long. Bear in mind we paying the contract on monthly basis but not getting the benefit. It’s been 4 months now.
I have an eGift card first bought online then had a new number to continue using the remaining amount.Went to foschin Nelspruit( Riverside) to redeem the left amount. I was told it says voucher not found, then they called the tfg call centre and they said they will send in 30min, of which I have been waiting for close to an hour before they even called the tfg centre. Decided to call on my own, they said the same thing I must wait for another 30min, I called morethn 4 times but still didn’t get any help of which I waited hours, the shop didn’t even bother calling back to check since I am a customer still waiting to get help. I drove from bushbuckridge to Nelspruit for nothing and Ddnt get any form of help. They recent an email of a new code but still Ddnt work.
