Pathetic/Poor service!!!!!
Since 11am I’ve been trying to change my flight tomorrow. For some reason it won’t allow me to change it online, so I called their customer care line just be on hold for a while, so I requested a call back. It’s now 6:20pm and still have had a call back. I called them again at 5:30pm as they work until 7pm. I’ve gone from being number 10 in the queue to number 7 over 11min then remained number 7 after 25min, then number 5 after 40min. I decided to end the call after 40min and requested a call back once again. I’ve paid roughly R2300 for my flight and I refuse to throw that money down the drain. I demand FlySafair to FINALLY assist me into changing my flight or to give me a voucher. My flight is still booked for 8am tomorrow as after many attempts I could not get assistance from FlySafair to change my booking. Please contact me urgently!!!
So I’ve emailed care@mfc.co.za three days ago regarding my account. Once again they don’t respond. Seems like Hellopeter is the only way they will make an effort to contact me. I would like to refinance my final instalment amount that is due on the 30th Oct 2021. I would also like to speak to someone who can explain the additional fees (Final instalment amount) that has accumulated on my account over time. Please call me urgently.

Worse experience with MFC!!! I make payment on the 29th of every month. On the 29th of May payment wasn’t made. I called them last week asking to make payment arrangements because I had requested that someone from MFC call me back to assist me with the errors I had seen on my account. I compiled a spreadsheet of my account and from what I saw is that I in fact don’t owe MFC any money, as they have been over charging me. I had made the payment arrangements because someone from MFC promised to call me to discuss my account, but you have to beg them to call you back with still no luck. Today I’m supposed to make payment as promised, but still today I’m begging MFC to have a look at my account and explain to me the charges. If they can explain, then I’ll gladly pay the money. But if they can’t explain the charges, but why must I still pay if I see that I don’t owe them money? Today I was on a call with at least 6 different agents, one always referring me to the next where I had to answer security questions 6 times over and explain my story 6 times over. Since they were clearly wasting my airtime without anyone resolving my issue, I then asked if they could call me back. Their answer was that they can’t call back, they can only receive calls. Pathetic!!! Then they advised that I can call on a weekend or go to my nearest branch. I don’t explained that I need this sorted today because if I don’t pay the that was arranged to pay today, that it will incite other legal costs etc. I also said I work and cannot to to a branch. MFC wasted my time and my airtime for always having to recharge because they can’t even call their clients back!!!! If MFC agents don’t want to work, then they must resign and their jobs to those who actually have any to work. PATHETIC!!!! I promise you, I don’t even cried out of frustration, because no one can assist me. You really ruined my day MFC
