The online class lacked structure Technical issues on sharing. Login not provided as explained in course Not explaining topics properly. Spending too much time on one topic Trainer not assertive, online class terrible experience Course said we will have recording. Trainer was not clear on this. I do not feel that I am getting value from this course. Avoid at all costs!!
I have been trying to cancel my insurance but I am placed on hold only for the call to be cut off. I have also sent multiple requests to Absa Idirect to call me back, but had no response. Why do you make it so difficult?

Telkom so useless. They have not fixed our lines in over a week. How can we do business like this?<br> <br> I contacted the Call center. The woman I spoke to can hardly speak English!!!! I was spelling my name to her, I got inpatient. She put the phone down. First of all their staff are incompetent. They dont know how to deal with clients. Telkom will fix one line and mess up another.
