I had a disappointing experience at Mr Price Pretoria Central (Lilian Ngoyi). The staff were unfriendly and did not greet customers. I stood at the till waiting for assistance while they stood around with no other customers, completely ignoring me. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. I hope management takes action to improve their service.
In mid June I bought tickets for my parents online, money was taken out of my bank was left with R2070, the following day I sent my money R2000 after a day I bought R10 airtime and R50 electricity. To my surprise after a week I'm getting a call from Nedbank employees telling me that I over spent on my card, that I bought flight tickets with money I didn't have. Please explain to me how do I spend money I don't have when I don't have an overdraft or credit card? And Why I my transaction different from the bank. I'm tired of being harassed by Nedbank employees. I don't remember asking the bank to loan me any money. If they had system errors why are they harassing me for the mistake on their side. I want that account closed and sorted as this is going to affect my credit score. I wouldn't have sent my mom money if there was no money in my account.
When to Engen Garage Muckleneuk to buy Coke, when I got there the cashier refused to sell me the bottle coke, because I didn't have a bottle, We asked that she charges us for the bottle and she refused to sell it to us. I mean really, where are we supposed to get the bottle if we have never bought it before.
Can to Machics for dinner, today 21 April 2024 order pork ribs with my boyfriend, I was really not impressed with their ribs, they were burn and dry. Very disappointing as I expected more from them. It's not my first time eating there and the last time I was there I really enjoyed the ribs hence I came back. My dinner was ruined. I even took a picture of my plate, it's a pity can't send the picture as proof.
I'm writing this complain on behalf of my mother as the complaint involves me as the beneficiary. I went to the hospital last September using the medical aid, They didn't pay the bill and refused to pay it. The hospital keeps calling me with regards to the payment. I have sent countless emails enquiring about this even today still waiting for their response. Gems used to be the best with customer service, but now they are becoming a disappointment. She is paying a lot of money every month and yet we can't get good customer service. Very disappointing
last week Thursday called crawdaddy's Brooklyn placed an order and my brother went to collect it, but he was charged a different amount from the amount I was told. the amount went over by R130. Called them to find out what had happened with the price and was told that the person who assisted me used an old menu and I was told to bring back the food so they can refund me, which I was not happy about as they have wasted my time and I was hungry. A few minutes later I was called back by a manager who spoke to the owner and the owner said they must refund me the difference as it is their mistake and not mine. I appreciate the owner's good customer service. Thank you.
On Saturday the 19 June 2021 in the morning we passed by Wimpy at Mall of the North in Polokwane, we bought breakfast and then bread had mold on it and the egg had green marks. We were unable to take it back since we were passing by to Venda, it was take away. We only realized when we were already on the road while eating. Took pictures of it, very disappointing.
My car was stolen and recovered on the same day 14 April 2021. Since they were a few damages on the car we had to book it in 14 April 2021. On the 30th of April I received an email without content on my side. From May I tried to find out the progress of my claim and was not getting help for anyone not even the person assigned to my case. The whole month of May i was not assisted. Only on the first on the first of June I finally managed to get hold of someone they told me my car was booked in on the 30th of April at Europa Panelbeaters in Benoni, she then sent me their details. Gave them a call on the 1st of June the lady I spoke to told me they don't have my car, she said she will call me back she just need to check at their warehouse. She didn't call me back. The following day I called her she said they don't have my car she has to call miway, then she will call me back. Called Miway to find out what was going on only to find out that my car was still with them. I asked to speak to the manager since my car hire had expired and had to return the car back. The manager told me that he understand and he will have to listen to the conversation between them and the Panelbeater, to see who made the mistake. On Monday 7th June sent a call back since no one was getting back to me. Nkululeko called me to let me know that the fault was with the Panelbeater and they will be hiring a car for me, he then connected me with the Panelbeater they told me they will give me a car and my car will be ready on Friday. On Friday the Panelbeater sent me an invoice for the access fee i called them to find out if they were done with the car, the lady i spoke to told me she was out of the office she will call me back. She didn't call me back. I tried getting hold of Miway with no success. I've been waiting for the car hire and my car. The service I'm getting is the worst service ever. I'm tired, hurt and most of all disappointed
