Cancelation were done last week and no feed back and no refund still waiting for response. The Cancelation were done due to death and not something else and still no feedback
Very bad experience for the second time booking here. I would like the owner to contact me due to poor customer relation from front house reception. First I've booked a room and they've send me a video of the room I said yes that is the room. They said the TV is not working I said we don't need a tv. On my arival tonight when we checked in the bathroom light is not working at all and the reception but us in a smaller room. Unexpectedly and very disappointed client. Previous time I left the whole situation windows does not close and dirty cups. My second time of disappointed I need the owner to contact me in 24hrs

Ive made a payment on the 29th eft payment and the money still does not reflect on my account of hollywoodbets. Ive spoken 2 2 different people on the chat the one said it will take between 12hr and 25hrs to reflect that was on the 30th of march 2023. On the first ive send again a message on the site to ask about the money they will escalate it to the money department they cant give you straight answers. After sending proof of payment everything. Ive even emailed them today ive mailed again no respond on my email after theyve also said on the email they will esculate to the account apartment. Does it take a week for the payment to show. If not what did theg do with the money
My second review afterwards I've submitted my documents one 1year and a month ago no one called me no one followed up after my first review. I think you guys after it's claim take the money for yourself no one can wait one year and one month for their money to be paid out. Looks like you guys are ******* and full of empty premises. I give you till 4pm 17th October 2023 to call me or give me feedback otherwise I'm going to a lawyer and you will be liable for my lawyer's cost aswell
I've submitted my documents and I've received a message back to say the following application send to fund administration for processing. I haven't heard from them or received my money yet. After second time of handling in my documents. They mentioned it will take between 14 and 21 working days to pay out I haven't received any money yet. Quick to take the company's money and as well as the employees money but not quick to repay the funds. Will I get my money is the biggest question or is this a lie. Would love to get answers and would love to know what date and time I will recieve my money. I've phoned and to be like hour and half on the phone without any success is disappointing and disgusting
Poor service received, made arrangements to pay arrears off with their call Centre and they have double debited my account. I now have go to the loan sharks just to get to work until they sort their admin out. I am told can take up to seven days to rectify. This is more then 7 days it's 18days now. My patience is running very low for MFC. I've send several emails to them hours of conversations. No luck from them I think I gave MFC more then enough time to sort my paper work out and for my x amount to be paid back in my account. I'm taking this matter further then hello Peter that is a big promise as I know my rights with debt. No one are allowed to take a double installment without the person's permission. Giving MFC 7hrs for my money to reflect as I've send my banking statements through a week ago. Pathetic service from MFC. Think they must retain there staff as they can't even communicate well with a person. Communication is very important which they don't have. Regards
