I have a contract for data and airtime for more than two years. Telkom sends automatic emails and there is a button to request them to call me. They never do. If I call Telkom I fail to get help. One can easily loose R100 so long it takes to try to call them. My contract has expired, and I want to discuss renewing it. I am a disabled person, and I went to their offices without help. After numerous emails and phone calls over three weeks they do not reply to the documents we sent to apply for a business loan.
After three weeks of trying to apply for a business loan, the communication is very poor. We have fixed property collateral, clean credit record and previous business with the bank but they don't reply on various emails, and phone calls.
Extremely poor service. Never answering phones, and bad communication. I applied for a business loan 22 months ago on a very good business plan, but the results are seriously bad. I have not been declined, they just don't do the work.
