MOOVE ARE ****MERS DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!
If I could give this compnay a negative rating, I would! If you are an Uber Driver, DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! My father, an Uber driver, went and rented a car from this atrocious company. The terms of agreement were that he had to pay a deposit of R8,000 and R2,300 every week. The company advertises that you can rent the car later to own it after a certain time. Everything was fine for the first week or two. Then this company stopped paying my dad's earnings from his trips on the Uber platform. They made all kinds of excuses and refused to show him a breakdown of payments made and deducted. This went on for 2-3 weeks. They have essentially ****** +/- R10,000 from my dad. Who would work over 12-hour shifts to meet their target. The lack of integrity and transparency from this company is appalling, and Uber should be ashamed to partner with such ******* beings. Moove is a *****ulent company run by ******* !!! The cherry on top is that they tell you in the beginning that your deposit is refundable, but do not tell you that it is only refundable after 6 months of driving their car. So if you return their car within 6 months, they will not give your R8000 deposit back.

Terrible network!
Over the last few months, my internet has been dropping for 2-5 minute intervals throughout the day. I called and spoke to a rain representative who conducted a troubleshooting test and could not find the issue on their side. They told me they would send a technician to check my router out but no one has come. I called again and was told the same thing and still nothing. I tried canceling but the cancel button online does not seem to work. I have called Rain several times complaining about my network dropping and every time I am given empty promises! My premiums just increased but the service I am receiving is terrible. what am I paying for?!!!!!

dodgy readings
yesterday I got an email that my electricity was on a negative R8 but on my way to buy electricity, an hour later, it was on a negative R60 how do you jump from a negative R8 to a negative R60 in less than an hour ????!!!!!!! I have no heaters on ? my geyser is off?? my water consumption is normal and I didn't cook. I need an explanation of how these readings are done! surely this is not my consumption only!
