I called to order my contact lenses but was informed that i needed to do an eye test (totally understandable). I politely requested the branch to provide me with trial lenses while i wait for my medical funds to re-active beginning of 2025, to which they had nothing available (also understandable) but the gentleman on the line informs me that my last eye test was Feb 2022 & i am due for a test, however i was able to ORDER contact lenses from them in June/July of 2024 without any issues. So basically Spec Saver failed to inform me June/July that i am due for an eye test and they went & ordered Contact Lenses knowing very well my last eye test was more than 24 months ago. it is now Nov 2024 (my medical aid depleted) & i am unable to order contact lenses (which i was gonna pay cash for) because of this eye test. i am not disputing the eye test but disputing the fact that i was allowed to order mid year 2024 (while i had medical funds and COULD DO an eye test) but i am not allowed a cash order of contact lenses while i wait for my medical aid re-active in Jan 2025. Also WHY WOULD THEY ALLOW ME TO GET CONTACT LENSES WITHOUT PROPER TESTING SO I HAVE BEEN WALKING AROUND WITH POSSIBLY WRONG PRESCRIPTION. That explains my headaches.
The Problem with Leapfrog is that they work with Coler Realty in Bloemfontein which Coler is the worst Company Ever. i worked with Ellie who does not care for tenants safety.
Coler Realty in Bloemfontein & Leapfrog are the worst companies to use when trying to lease or own. i lived in Hillside Jan Wilkens road near the dumpside and we moved in just when Covid started & when we were eventually allowed to go back to work, break ins started happening. we have had 3 break ins and Ellie at Coler & Gilbert Julyan from Leapfrog were less interested and less sympathetic all 3 times we had the break ins. This was after we have on multiple occasions asked for trellie doors. We had at the time, a 2 year old child to think of. Ellie at Coler gave us the run around all the time which forced us to move out immediately for our safety. They have caused us so much stress and anxiety.
I have been a loyal customer to Aramex, using them for my small business. My parcel has been in transit for a month now and no one knows where it is. Do not use Aramex to deliver your parcels.
Disgusted at their service after I have been staying there for years on holiday with my family. Called reception 8 times no answer (have proof). I told them I Am bringing a child and no provision was made for my child, ice was on sale ????air conditioning was terrible. this hotel for me is a zero out of hundred 0/100
