On 28 Aug I went to Sasol Rooihuiskraal for a car wash. While cleaning inside my car one of the cleaners stole an item from my car. When I reported this they all feigned ignorance. The manager on duty showed me the cameras but it only showed one side of the car. I emailed Sasol with the events. On Sept 1 I received a call from the manager at Sasol Rooihuiskraal. From the onset he did not seem willing to assist me in any way, suggesting that I may have lost the item myself or left it at home and other similar suggestions. He maintains that his staff would never take anything. It is disgusting that 1. The cleaners stole my item 2. Nobody from Sasol seems willing to assist in ANY way.
Called this company out for a compliance certificate. They "identified" a defective main switch on the board. Quoting R1000 + labour to fix it. Turns out it was just the *****s that were loosened and the switch itself is still in working order. Either they loosened the *****s or were too incompetent to identify loose *****s.
Cannot view DSTV now on my browser on linux OS. Apparently this is a known error - according to the agent on help chat. Now I am getting reduced service due to no fault of my own. Will I be getting a reduction in my monthly premium?
I went to a branch to open a fixed deposit account. Was informed that a flexi fixed deposit account will give better returns. This turned out to be false information. SO I tried opening the account online. I was unable to \probably due to a discrepancy"(whatever that means). Was informed that a consultant will contact me. I was never contacted. I contacted my personal banker via online banking. No call back to me to sort out my issue.<br> It has now been over a week - 4 days of those perfectly good business days - for FNB to sort this out. If my issue is not sorted out today 15 August"
