Too many chiefs... This courier company (Polokwane branch) is blatantly disregarding client requests. My father is a rep for another company and relies on EPX to deliver his stock. However, yesterday, he had to go to Louis Trichardt, he waited 4.5 hours to deliver the stock to our home in Polokwane. Then he asked yesterday that they PLEASE do not load the stock again, he'll come and collect it the warehouse. Low and behold - they loaded the truck because who ever in charge didn't give the message through. He should have left town already for his deliveries, but he cannot, because for some reason, they do not know when the stock will be dropped off at home. Every time he asls to speak to someone in charge, they keep transferring him to someone who works the floor or whatever. Nobody takes accountability for what is going on. You can't run a company like this.
I received a call that was tracked as spam. The lady on the other side said she was calling on behalf of King Price. But while she was speaking, I could barely hear a thing as she was yawning loudly in my ear. It is one thing being tired, but another when you're trying to sell something and you sound like that. Please stop calling me.

I don't know how many times I should tell these people to STOP calling me! I've asked to put my name on the "do not contact" list and now Nova Life in association with Platinum Life is calling me! These people make me furious! Just STOP ALREADY!!!
We're on our second mattress in 2 years. 1st one sagged badly, so they recommended we upgrade to one with a heavier weight limit and one that is also designed to support people with back problems... We got this last bed in November 2021. We've been told that they cannot guarantee comfort so there is nothing they can do, so we should buy eggshell sponge to help with relief. Can you believe it? It has been 2 days since I've sent ANOTHER email with no reply. We don't look forward to going to bed at night because my partner is cranky in the morning and can barely move. And both my arms fall asleep when I sleep on my sides. I wake up between 2 and 4 times a night. The other night my partner woke up, crying because her back just wouldn't come loose. I just want my money back so I can buy some cheap bed that gives me less problems. At least then I know I can give it to someone and then buy a new one! We've spent more money on physio's than anything else! I'm sick and tired now! I am sitting upright in bed as I am typing this, because my arms were all pins and needles again. And they just don't give a damn. Their motto should be: "We cannot guarantee comfort. Please buy extra sh*t to comoensate for our horrible beds!".
Osaka Hockey SA really has the best customer service. I've been dealing with them for years now, and I've only had positive experiences. • We ordered "Sox" and they sent it overnight as we needed it urgently. • I recently bought a new grip for my hockey stick and there was something wrong with it. I've been struggeling for a whole week to get funds into my account from the UK. I've been on hold with the Forex department for 10 minutes at a time, TWICE now, where I am not able to speak to a consultant. How long SHOULD one wait before I get any help? Went to the branch yesterday and all they said was "sorry, we can't do anything. You have to wait for them to call you". Well, after 7 working days, NOTHING. Now my brother has to pay a lot of money to make this transfer again, because Capitec cannot get their departments in line. They don't even respond to emails.
I am so fed up with Platinum Life calling me for some free gift and then sign me up to some nonsense. I've sent an email previously asking them to PLEASE stop calling me. This went well for a month or so amd now it has been two weeks that I receive at least 3 calls a day. Non-stop! I've sent an email once again asking them to please flag my number or to remove it, but this time it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. I cannot deal with this constant harassment! Even with Truecaller they still keep calling! I honestly wish that they will get the message and just let me be! ?
