Worst rental organization to deal with in terms of subsequent rental, they just decide to befriend Eskom and cut off your electricity without prior notification, not even allowing 7 days to know if you are paying previous property fees you weren't even aware of. Very disappointed in Home-Connect, having had to move residences, I asked them if m next residence is covered and they said yes. After moving I am told they do not have infrastructure on the new complex, imposed a hefty cancellation fee for a device they never provided, I already had a device from my previous contract. AN odd R1300 was demanded, threatened with credit listing, only paid them to get them off my back, not a good company to do honest business with, their agents beat around the bush, clearly know zilch about their own terms and conditions. #WIN
