Terrible service with technical department. *********** staff(My opinion) and full of lies. Water Metre had a leak. No assistance from 11am to 5pm the next day. Every person I spoke to **** to me, promised to call back but did not. Plumber says he is on his way(can take up to 15min to get here) but over 1 hour and still no joy.
Signed a contract for R399 per month. Had an increase of R100 within 3 months. Now they have handed their customers to Mweb with another R100 increase. This is really unacceptable. They have no regard for customers and feel nothing. There are thiusands of customers that feel the same way but cannot do anything so fibrestream just gets away.
I had insurance with Senate and Standard Bank was my broker. My vehicle had an accident on 29 August 2020 Senate sends an inspector to inspect the damaged vehicle on 26 April 2021. After inspection was done they said they cannot prove that the vehicle was roadworthy at the time of accident. Is it my fault? Today 23 August 2021, almost 1 year later, they say that the driver did not meet the requirementsto drive the vehicle but they do not explain. I made it known months earlier that the driver lost his documents on the accident scene and he made an affidavit to confirm this. But even if that was the case, can they now come up with this driver issue after 1 year? They should have rejected my claim months earlier instead of delaying this process and doing this now. How do I deal with this. Now I am liable to pay for the goods on my own.
I had GIT cover with Standard Bank. I had a claim in August 2020. My GIT insurance did not pay. Reason for non payment is that there is no proof that my vehicle was in roadworthy condition at the time of accident. 10 months later they say they need proof. What proof do I give them 10 months later. An inpector was alocated to inspect the vehicle in March and April 2021. After seeing that the report confirms the vehicle being roadworthy, they are now looking for reasons not to pay. If they knew this was a requirement shouldnt they have inspected the vehicle immediately after the accident?
